Tarifs

According to length of stay :

  • 3 days minimum : 270 Єuros
  • from 3 to 6 days : 90 Єuros per night
  • One week : 525 Єuros (75 € per night)
  • Two weeks : 840 Єuros (60 € per night)
  • Three weeks : 950 Єuros (45.23 € per night)
  • Four weeks, one month : 1120 Єuros(*) (40 € per night)

December prices : during december and the christmas market the price are of 330€ for 3 nights and 110€ per night for 4 to 6 nights.

Arrivals and departures :

  • Arrival time : After 02:PM
  • Departure time : Before 10:AM

Please note :

  • this is a non smoking studio for 1 or 2 persons, and pets are not allowed because of allergy.
  • (*) Rents are net of expenses and service charges except for electricity in the case of a one month rent.
